At Hunter Tiling Ltd, we don’t just "slap tiles down." With 25 years of experience, we’ve learned that a floor is only as good as the science behind it. Because we do the job right—using trade-grade S1/S2 adhesives, premium flexible grouts, and ensuring every single tile is fully back-buttered for 100% coverage—we have total confidence in our work.That’s why we provide a 1-Year Warranty on all our installations. If a defect arises due to our workmanship within the first 12 months, we’ll be there to fix it, no questions asked.

The "No Ollie" Clause

While our tiling is built to withstand the test of time, it isn't necessarily built to withstand a mid-life crisis. Our warranty covers structural integrity and professional installation, but it does not cover accidental damage. To give you an example: we once had a 43-year-old client attempt a "frontside ollie" down his newly installed limestone steps. The limestone lost; the skateboard won .If you decide to get a little bit Tony Hawk in your own hallway and end up with a cracked tile, the standard warranty won't cover it. However, we aren't "gnarly" about it. If you have a mishap, give us a call. We’ll be sympathetic to your shattered pro-skater dreams and handle the repairs at "dude prices" to get your home looking "sick" again without breaking the bank.

Other real life clauses

In the many years I have been tiling, the main culprit on broken tiles tends to be the plumber who comes after us. No matter what we do, slamming around a toilet or dropping a wrench is going to damge your tiles. We photograph areas we work in before and after (its for the 'gram baby) so its always easy to see who did what and when, and its yet to be Colonel Mustard with a paperweight! To answer a question you may now be thinking, yes, we can remove and replace tiles over under floor heating if it needs to be done.
